  • SharePoint Site Information: Data related to SharePoint sites, as necessary for the Apps to function within their context.

  • User Information: Data related to SharePoint users, as necessary for the Apps to manage group memberships and permissions.

The information accessed by the Apps is used solely for the purpose of providing the functionalities described within the App's description on Microsoft AppSource. These functionalities include, but are not limited to:

  • Streamlining Apps.

  • Simplifying the management of group memberships and permissions.

  • Providing tools for efficient group management within your SharePoint environment.

 

3. Data Security

We understand the importance of data security. As the Apps operates entirely within your SharePoint environment, it leverages the security infrastructure provided by Microsoft SharePoint. We do not introduce any external data storage or processing that could compromise the security of your information.

 

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any data collected or processed by the Apps with any third parties. All information remains within your SharePoint tenant.

 

5. Data Retention

As the Apps operates within your SharePoint environment, data retention is governed by your organization's SharePoint data retention policies. We do not retain any data outside of your SharePoint tenant.
