  • Private Comments
    Introduced private comments visible only to the Responsible Person and Admin. These comments will not be accessible to the Requester/User and will maintain a separate comment history.

    Added a configuration option for Admins under Settings -> Permission, to control whether a User/Requester is allowed to close a request.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where clicking Add Category without entering any value showed only a loading message.

  • Resolved a selection issue where an item could not be selected again unless it was manually deselected.

  • Fixed a mismatch where an image deleted from Uploaded Files still appeared in the clipboard preview, causing confusion during updates.

  • Teams Deep Links: Updated email notifications to use Deep Links when the app is running in Teams, ensuring requests open directly in the Teams app rather than a web browser.

  • Navigation Fix: Resolved an issue where the "Edit Request" panel would repeatedly re-open when navigating between tabs (Dashboard, My Requests, Assigned Requests) after opening a link from an email.

  • Email Signature: Fixed a bug where the email signature configured in the web part was not displaying in emails for requests created by an Admin.​
