Configuration
1. Navigate to the SharePoint Page

Open the SharePoint page where you want to add the web part.

Click on the Edit Page option.
2. Add the Web Part

Click on the + (Add a Web Part) button.

Select the Sales web part and click Add.​​​​​​​​​​​

3. Wait for webpart to complete the setup

​​​​​4. After it loads, Publish the page.
5. It Is ready to use.
6. Navigate to the setting and follow the below steps

7) Numbering PrefixesPurpose:
Define auto-number formats for Opportunities, Quotations, and POs.Steps:
•Go to Settings → Numbering Prefixes.

•Enter:
•Opportunity Prefix (e.g., OPP)
•Quotation Prefix (e.g., QTN)
•Purchase Order Prefix (e.g., PO)
•Click Save All Changes.Result:
•New records use Prefix-YYYY-#### format (e.g., OPP-2025-0001, QTN-2025-0001, PO-2025-0001).

Tips:
•Change prefixes only at the start of a period to keep reporting clean.
•Use Revert Changes to undo unsaved edits.

8) Master Data Management
Purpose:
Standardize selectable values across modules
Areas:
•Business
•Business Unit
•Opportunity Status

Steps:
•Open Settings → Data/Master Data Management.
•Add items for each list (Business, Business Unit, Opportunity Status).
•Edit or Delete items to maintain data hygiene.
​
Recommendations:
•Define statuses aligned to reporting: New, In Progress, High Chance, Won, Lost.
•Keep Business/Unit names consistent with corporate structure.
​
Impact:
•Fields in Opportunities, Quotes, POs reference this data; dashboards and reports rely on it.
9) Bulk Import (Admin)
Purpose: Rapidly load data from Excel and receive progress feedback.
Supported:
•Opportunities
•Quotations
•Purchase Orders
•Optional attachments via library references

General steps:
•Prepare Excel files with required columns (IDs/Prefixes will be auto-assigned for new rows if applicable).
•Upload any attachments to /Shared Documents/CommonAttachments.
•Go to Settings → Bulk Import.
•Choose the module, upload Excel, map columns if prompted.
•Start import and monitor progress feedback

Attachment handling:
•Use the exact filename in the Excel sheet where required.
•Ensure filenames are unique and properly spelled.
​
Troubleshooting:
•If import fails for some rows, review error messages, correct Excel data, and re-run.
•Validate required fields: Business/Unit/Status must match Master Data values.
10) Quick Start Checklist
•Numbering Prefixes set and saved.
•Master Data: Business/Units/Statuses created.
•Admin Users configured.
•Bulk Import tested with sample rows.
•Dashboard filters reviewed; reports export tested.
